About

FOX CREATE is a small consultancy specialising in community-centred design projects and programmes. Borne out of a highly commercial design background, we wanted to apply our skills to more meaningful projects that could positively contribute to communities and the work of organisations in the health, heritage, cultural and education sectors. We also love working for family-run commercial firms who value their staff and customers' opinions!

Background

FOX Create was created by Hannah and Ian Fox in 2003. With extensive backgrounds in design, photography, art direction and project management, we wanted to change direction from the highly corporate world, to working with organisations that want to make good things happen. 

Using human-centred design approaches and by co-producing with our clients we have developed projects and programmes for public and voluntary-sector organisations, as well as family-run companies that fall broadly into three areas:

• Heritage and Culture

• Business and Industry

Projects are developed hand-in-hand with our clients to ensure they meet their needs, unlock client creativity and confidence, and offer the best value for budgets that need to work hard. 

Over the years, we have created brands, books, brochures, films, exhibitions, way-finding, learning resources... even learning and public programmes!
